Our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of our accounting software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
